Content Creator

Job responsibilities:

  • Duties will include but are not limited to a well-rounded knowledge of videography and editing.
  • An in-depth knowledge of social media trends.
  • Conceptualized, shoot, and edit video content that aligns with each brand's strategy and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with our creative team to plan and execute video shoots, overseeing all technical and logistical elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in social media, video production, and digital storytelling to deliver cutting-edge content.
  • Manage all video logistics, from the setup and teardown of equipment, to arranging necessary props and transportation for shoots.
  • Handle agreements and ensure proper model releases for video use.
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to integrate video content across all social media platforms, maintaining consistency in messaging and brand tone.
  • Use industry-standard video editing software to enhance footage, add soundtracks, and produce final cuts that meet high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of video content.
  • Proficient with industry-standard video editing software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative Intern

You will be responsible for capturing, editing, delivering visually appealing and dynamic content, and planning call sheets for shoots across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the creative team and content strategists to understand project goals, target audiences, and concepts.
  • Plan shoots, including creating call sheets, coordinating logistics, and organizing equipment.
  • Capture compelling content that tells a story and resonates with the intended audience.
  • Edit content for various social media platforms, including IG Reels, YouTube videos, and TikTok Reels, ensuring seamless transitions, engaging visuals, and appropriate pacing.
  • Incorporate graphics, animations, music, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of content.
  • Work with existing footage as well as create original content to bring ideas to life.
  • Optimize content for each platform's specific requirements and formats.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure our videos remain fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

Requirements

  • Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media video work, including IG Reels, YouTube videos, and TikTok Reels.
  • Proficiency in Adobe software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
  • Ability to plan call sheets and coordinate shoots effectively.Ability to edit with attention to detail, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, animations, and sound design is a plus.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Knowledge of optimization techniques for various platforms.

Social Media Marketing Intern

Job responsibilities:

- Be the assistant to the main point of contact for the client on a day-to-day basis, ensuring seamless communication and smooth running of projects.

- Manage and maintain the client's social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and TikTok.

- Work closely with the creative team, sharing insights about the client, their industry, and brand, while demonstrating solid creative judgment and basic strategic recommendations.

- Collaborate with content creators (influencers, content portals) to develop sponsored content that aligns with the client's brand and marketing objectives.

- Research and understand the client's brand, its category, and its competitors, staying informed on marketing and media trends to provide added value.

- Conduct market research and analyze market trends to design and implement effective campaigns catered to the client's needs.

- Provide exceptional client support: prepare detailed reports, handle feedback, and resolve any issues that arise in a timely and professional manner.
